Nicolle Richards serves as a Manager on the Investment team and is based out of New York City. Prior to joining CIM, Ms. Richards was a Senior Investment Officer at Climate United, a financial institution working to accelerate the clean energy transition, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, and underwriting fleet electrification and charging infrastructure transactions. Previously, she worked for Gary Community Ventures, a family office, as a Senior Manager on the investment team and at Lendable, an emerging market fintech debt provider, as Head of Investor Relations. She began her career as an analyst at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation.

Ms. Richards holds a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. with Honors from Stanford University.
