Mollie Pepper serves as an Investment Analyst on the Investment team and is based out of New York City. Prior to joining CIM, Ms. Pepper was a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where she supported FOMC policy-related work for the Director of Research and co-authored multiple economic letters. Previously, she served as a Visiting Research Assistant and Coordinator for the U.S. Civil Society Working Group on Women, Peace and Security at the United States Institute of Peace.
Ms. Pepper holds a B.S. in Economics with Honors and B.A. in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa, with Highest Distinction and as a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
